Refund Policy

Dear Waratahs, 

If you have registered with us and decide otherwise, below is our registration refund policy for deductions after certain dates, please note, we have no control over the Governing Bodies Fees, the policy only applies to the club component of the registration fees.

  1. 20% deducted if you deregister between 1-15 March 2025
  2. 30% deducted  if you deregister between 16-31 March  2025
  3. 50% deducted  if you deregister between 1-4 April 2025
  4. 70% deducted  if you deregister between 5-29 April 2025
  5. No refund if you deregister after 30 April 2025

Please note, there will be no refund if the player participates in any matche regardless of the above dates.
